For orders under $100 shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery location. This ensures you always pay a fair and accurate rate — especially important for heavier items like our carbon fiber bats.
Bats & Heavy Gear
Our carbon fiber bats and heavier equipment require special handling during shipping. Because weight significantly impacts shipping cost we calculate rates at checkout so you always pay exactly what it costs to ship — nothing more.
We use trusted carriers including UPS, FedEx, and USPS to ensure your gear arrives safely and on time. Heavier items are carefully packaged to prevent damage in transit.
Pro tip: Order your gloves and bat together and hit that $100 threshold for free shipping. The more you add the better the value. 🦁
When Will I Get It?
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days of being placed. Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.
Standard delivery takes 5-7 business days after your order has been processed and shipped. Business days do not include weekends or federal holidays.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather events, and high volume periods may affect delivery times beyond our control. IX Lions Athletics is not liable for carrier delays once your order has been handed to the shipping carrier.

Risk of Loss: All items purchased from IX Lions Athletics are made pursuant to a shipment contract. Risk of loss and title for items purchased from IX Lions Athletics pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. IX Lions Athletics is not liable for lost or stolen packages once they have been handed to the shipping carrier and a tracking number has been issued.
Incorrect Address: The customer is solely responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address at the time of purchase. IX Lions Athletics is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Additional shipping fees may apply to reship an order returned due to an incorrect address.
Undeliverable Packages: If a package is deemed undeliverable by the carrier and returned to IX Lions Athletics we will contact the customer to arrange reshipment. IX Lions Athletics reserves the right to charge additional shipping costs for reshipment.
Damaged in Transit: If your order arrives damaged please retain all packaging materials and contact us at info@ixlions.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will work with the carrier to file a claim and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Domestic Shipping Only: IX Lions Athletics currently ships only within the contiguous United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or US territories at this time.
Policy Updates: IX Lions Athletics reserves the right to modify this shipping policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to ixlions.com.
