Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your IX Lions gear. If you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us at info@ixlions.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
Eligible Returns: Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging to be eligible for a return.
Non-Returnable Items: Customized or personalized items, items marked as final sale, and items showing signs of use are not eligible for return.
Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

All content on ixlions.com including but not limited to logos, images, text, graphics, and the IX Lions Athletics brand name and trademark are the exclusive property of IX Lions Athletics LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
